Lucky 13

Last night broke DDPPProv attendance records–13 ladies came downtown, climbed all six flights of stairs and shook it all night long (well, until 7PM) to DJ Buddmobile’s goofily diverse playlist. Imagine a mess o’grown ass women juimping around, shouting along to “Fight for Your Right (to Party)” and making almost as much racket as the Thursday afternoon b-boy practice session.

Dancin’ Rebecca took a trip to DDPPBoston last weekend and told us all about how they have a dress up box of boas and such. So the Buddmobile dove into a closet and pulled out boxes of accoutrements that burlesque artiste Lady Miss Iris stores at the studio. Awesome! LMI won’t leave her gear there forever, though, so ladies, bring in your old glamourpuss goodies and we’ll build up a permanent stash.
